This fantastic Sculpture , an inflatable giant fuscia
Lotus floating on a pond in Sydney's Botanical gardens,
was part of an annual art festival .
There seem to be more and more attempts to capture
the imagination of city dwellers all over the world.
Public Art can really transform a city and this is a great
case in point.
