Bookshops would have to be my favourite shops on any
 street.
Try these ones for example.
Cuba is renowned for its amazing hard to find books,
and what better way to peruse them than outdoors,
adjacent one of Old Havanas beautiful parks.
Then you have this fiercely fuchsia collection of books in
the window of a gay bookshop in the Castro district,
San Francisco, or a collection of rare antique
books in London; their time warn spines peeling and
just begging a passer by to pick them up.
I am so inspired by books that this is just the first
of many posts I will devote to books on the street.
