The Eagle Has Landed

This is proof of how graffiti can make what would be an
otherwise uninteresting corner, a work of art.
Councils and home owners are realizing that a wall
like this will be sprayed anyway, often with ugly and
uninteresting tags, so instead they are allowing
(and encouraging) well thought out pieces by creative
artists to adorn the walls of inner city suburbs in cities all
over the world.
I photographed this piece in Surry Hills in Sydney, and this is
just one of many around here.
